Dental teams are often afraid to talk about money, but it's crucial in both in-network and out-of-network offices.  A clear and honest discussion about treatment costs is not only important but essentail as part of the informed consent process. Please, please, please get comfortable with having detailed conversations with your patients about money. It's better for you, for your team and most of all for your patients.
