Uncle John celebrates Kelly Blair's next adventure with country music legend Johnny Paycheck's 1977 hit "Take This Job and Shove It", written by fellow country outlaw David Allan Coe. The song was Paycheck's only number one hit.
FYI: Donald Lytle (his real name, surname pronounced "LIE-tle" but mispronounced "Little" by Uncle John in a more recent segment) began his music career as Donny Young, releasing the single "Miracle of Love", a top 35 hit in 1960. It was only after joining George Jones's band as a bassist and backup vocalist that he began using the name Johnny Paycheck (after the boxer Johnny Paychek), which became his legal name in 1964. In autographs, Paycheck signed his surname "PayCheck".
