“The riskiest thing I could do is have a job, and the least risky thing I could do is run a business.”
Iggy Domagalski is CEO of Tundra Process Solutions, a Western Canadian distributor and manufacturer of innovative process technologies. Tundra has been named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies and an ‘Imagine’ company for outstanding community support.
Iggy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Asper School of Business, where there is an award in his name that was created by his fellow students, and has been given away annually since 2004. He has also been named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40.
We covered:
Why what he learned starting his first business at 12 years old still serves him well today
What he learned from his parents about risk (it’s counterintuitive)
What he’s learned managing through 3 recessions
How to assess whether you should be taking more risk (and how to quantify it)
The 4 things that matter when you’re trying to find meaningful work
And a whole lot more...
