Get ready to Be Bold… and Get Cold for one of Pittsburgh’s coolest winter traditions — the Special Olympics Polar Plunge! Join thousands of brave plungers as we take the icy leap to support Special Olympics Pennsylvania, raising critical funds for year-round sports, health, and leadership programs for athletes with intellectual disabilities across our region. 📍 Event Location: Acrisure Stadium (100 Art Rooney Ave, Pittsburgh)
📅 Dates: Friday, February 27th and Saturday, February 28, 2026
⏰ Time: Registration opens at 9AM (Plunges begin late morning) You’ll be plunging into pools set up outside the stadium (not the river!)—with music, energy, costumes, and a whole lot of community spirit. Whether you’re diving in, donating, or cheering people on, every dollar helps create opportunities and confidence for Special Olympics athletes right here in Western PA. Want in?
