I’m not talking big massive growth like how do you become the next My Food Bag overnight (although of course that can be in the big picture plan!), I’m more talking the journey you go on in business to move from say being a sole trader (just you, doing your thang, maybe on the side of another more regular job), onto a legit small business, maybe with a small team, shop or office and so on. As always there'll be tips, tricks, anecdotes and (of course!) checklists and actionable steps to take right now.
