Rabeinu goes into depth about the power of fasting and it’s ability to subdue chomer/matter, darkness, the 4 elements, our physical desires, foolishness, and foreign wisdoms etc… Rabeinu also connects the concept of fasting to charity…

There are two types of charity: the charity outside the Land of Israel and the charity of the Land of Israel and explains that the charity of the holy land represents the Torah that leaves a person’s mouth when his breath/air is pure of sin.

Rabeinu then goes on to explain the secret meaning of the saying of the sages in the Talmud, Sanhedrin 96a: “3 warnings…” and how this connects to shechita/ritual slaughtering, the reincarnation of souls, the elevation of souls to the Divine Presence, Superman Unification, and the awesome rectifications that can occur when a slaughterer is holy and upright (and G-d forbid the great damage a shochet can cause when he’s not fitting…)
