Torah 46 Tinyana: Rabeinu explains how a person can sacrifice his soul at any time, or at any single given moment: either through tzedaka/charity, or prayer, and many other acts…

Rabeinu also discusses obstacles, and how obstacles are actually just a complete illusion of the mind! We must not pay attention to anyone standing in the way of holiness and drawing close to G-d.

He also teaches us that when a person is overcome with doubts and difficulties, we must look up and scream to G-d from the depths of our heart.

Torah 47: Rabeinu explains the dangers of giving a Torah lesson, and discusses what type of mastery a person must have before he does so: he must be able to weigh his words so that every person only grabs what he needs to hear, not more or not less!

Rabeinu explains that the klipot/husks take all the excess Torah that doesn’t enter the person listening and nourishes itself off of that Torah… but Rabeinu gives us advice on how to diminish these husks, even the husks that nourish itself off the body of the Torah…
