There’s an intellect so high where time is completely nullified and isn’t considered anything at all! We see this with the Mashiach, when G-d tells him “you are my son, today I gave birth to you” (Psalms 2).
This is evident in a dream as well: it can seem to a person that he went through 70 years in a dream but once he wakes up he realizes it’s only been 15 minutes. This is because during sleep, our intellect is taken away and all we have is the imagination, but once our intellect is returned to us, we realize that it’s only been an actual 15 minutes.
