The neighbourhoods that have the highest number of the wealthiest people in Toronto are in my opinion, the most unsafe. Malvern, which is in the North Eastern part of Scarborough where I live, is almost always a finalist in the top 3 "most dangerous neighbourhoods in Canada" every year, according to "crime" statistics that show up in news stories etc. The data is obtained from law enforcement/legal system that are published by usually law enforcement/justice system as they have loads of records of crimes.lol. But, I prove in this podcast why Malvern is actually safer than Forest Hill ( and similar areas where a single family home's average sales price is around $6.5 million) and are include folks who're bankers, professionals, and businessmen like Crypto firm owners. He's originally Portuguese. He's also a genuinely classy gentleman. So find him if you want your dream home to actually be realized. Rather than just be vaguely represented.
