Ryan Pini joins the pod to chat about his swimming journey. He has certainly reached those heights, as a 4 time Olympian and more recently as a dual Masters Swimming WR holder.

We discussed Ryan's journey from the pinnacle of Commonwealth Gold in 2006 and an Olympic final in Beijing in 2008, to his current role as Chef de Mission for PNG for Paris 2024; how he finds time to swim these days and his hope for a masters swimming exposure and opportunity for swimmers in the Oceania region.

He also shares a great set, that can do done in any stroke, and works the back end portion of your race.
