Episode 56| “Tortured”

After investigating over 700 cases and witnessing the aftermath of possibly every unimaginable crime scene, this is the only case that made Mannina think about changing careers. A few years ago as a patrol officer, she is just minutes away from a house where someone called 9-1-1 about an incident. Upon arriving, a man is standing in front of the house passively motioning for her to go inside. As she waits for backup, Mannina makes sure no one was armed and quickly discovers a couple barely clinging to life. This case hits close to home and she’s determined to help detectives find the person responsible for one of the most gruesome scenes, ever!
