Have you ever had that feeling deep inside you…
A strong dull ache in your stomach or even in your brain.
That feeling is a fear of what's to come.
It is the fear of the unknown that directly shows you who you currently are,
And more importantly, who you could be.

How would you feel if you could consistently change people's lives?
That's exactly what I spoke about today with Jack Rooney.
Jack, an online physique development coach, is no stranger to changing people's physical health, but it's the total lifestyle changes that take place within his clients that get Jack up every morning.
A chat that was not just about life as an online coach, but much deeper than that.
We spoke about setting goals, achieving those goals, and manifestation and how it works...
Plus a whole lot more.
I hope you enjoy it!

Have you ever asked yourself this question?
On your journey to success, there are so many variables that will come into play.
However, there is one constant: obstacles.
The ones who win learn how and when to tackle them, go around them, and also when to turn around and try something new.

What do you think a 'modern man' is?
This question is what Luke and I contemplated in today's episode.
We talked about why so many men are taking their own lives, the importance of stepping outside of your comfort zone, and the importance of flirting with everyone.
We also discussed why loneliness is a silent killer, yet being alone is necessary for growth.

For today's short episode, Darragh sat down to reflect on reaching a small but important milestone: 1,000 downloads.
Although this number is small in comparison to other giants, it's a milestone that must be acknowledged and it shows the consistency of action that we've taken all year.
Growing a podcast is hard; it takes time. But consistently showing up is the only way to do it.
We both are incredibly appreciative of the support the podcast has gotten, and we are so excited for much more in 2025.

Welcome to TOSIG TALKS.
The official podcast of the TOSIG Brand.
TOSIG comes from the word 'TOSAIGH', which translates to the word 'Start' in the Irish language. In this podcast, you'll hear this a lot, where Darragh ties his success and experiences to the action of 'Just Starting'.
