On this episode of the podcast we’re highlighting a great tune that came in recently from Japan. “Total Eclipse” is the latest work from producer/composer/multi-instrumentalist Teppei Takahashi’s experimental lofi-rock project Gumbo Session. As the title suggests, the track is a serving of unique, boundary pushing music that is equal parts prog, lofi and experimental surf rock with a splash of minimalist hip hop on the style of the drums.
