Heavyn is a 17 year old senior who found her love for pediatrics while watching her younger cousin battle spina bifida. She is tri-racial and comes from a very diverse background. Heavyn has volunteered for the Matthew 25:40 Foundation for the last 10 years! The Miss Maryland Teen USA Foundation is the first pageant she has ever participated in! She is passionate about quality healthcare and the equality of all people in all circumstances, especially education for women and children!
