This JSJ spontaneous guided meditation helps our entire bodies. I’m practicing something called the main central vertical flow, and it helps to generate all 144,000 functions of our bodies. This flow is my go-to when I’m feeling like I don’t know which flow to practice or just want to feel reconnected to my inner spirt, breath, and baby. This flow helps relieve stress, tension, overwhelm, and anxiety. This is a great meditation to practice on a regular basis.
