Today, the guys sit down with Melissa Harte, VP or Trauma at Regional Medical Center in San Jose, California.  

There is so much more to being a trauma center than one might think.  It takes a strong team, specialized physicians, highly trained staff, more data than you can imagine, and a dedicated leader at the helm.  Melissa is that leader and we discuss trauma care, running a trauma program, nursing, EMS, leadership, and even some case studies.  

Starting out in EMS at the age of 17, Melissa has an extensive educational background as she never stops learning.  Couple this with her experiences in healthcare across the United States, it leads to a truly fascinating discussion over an exciting array of topics - no stone was left uncovered in this incredible interview.
