This is more of an essay podcast or call it a rant. I’m sick this week and rather than skip the podcast I decided to just talk about something that has been on my mind.

We live in an entitlement culture in many ways. And often the very business owners complaining about entitled employees, are doing the same thing.

As a business owner, you don’t want employees who just show up each day, do the basics and expect bonuses and promotions.

So don’t be the business that just shows up each day and expects customers to flock in for the basics.
