Take On The World is taking on Jails and Prisons across the world.  Each Lock Up Episode will focus on one jail or one type of jail.  To kick off this series I have chose to look at Squirrel Cage Jails or Rotary Jails.

This is a style I have never hear of before and found it extremely interesting.   I hope you do too.
