This is day 5 of my 100 Days Experiment that I channelled last summer.

This episode is all about the magic that happens in repetition. Not when I do a lomi lomi stroke once, but when I do it a thousand times. Not when I choose a new thought once, but when I choose it over and over again. Not when I do some practice once, but when I do it for days, weeks, months.

Every time you do do something for yourself, it works - even if you do it only ONCE. But sometimes this change is too small to be seen, so you give up too early, before you see the results - because they need time to compound.

This episode was created thanks to my cat, Hula, and the beautiful lesson I got from her this morning.

Something profound happened this morning. A lomi lomi session that cracked me open.

And my Client could feel it. We both could feel what happens when love and care flow freely, unlimited, uncaged.

This experience is to good to live just in my memory - so I am bringing it here. may it touch you and transform you.

At the beginning of October, I spent 6 nights / 5 days in total darkness, on a solo retreat.

In this episode I am sharing parts of this experience, reading my poems that I wrote in the dark, answering your questions and bringing together many lessons the Darkness taught me.

I am specialist in change. I thrive in it, I seek it, I go through it and experience miracles every time.

But one thing that nobody told me is that change - even the most beautiful, awaited change that looks like the answer to all of your prayers - often means grieving your old life that is gone forever. And this podcast episode is a contemplation of grief while also holding the joy, the gratitude, the excitement of change.
