We understand that Christmas is a time of giving gifts. The example for this can be drawn from the wise men of Matthew 2 who brought gifts to Jesus following His birth. Think about what you have given to the Lord; is it your best, your most valuable, after all, He is well-deserving of our best! Thankfully, we do not give to Jesus or work for Jesus to have our sins forgiven and for salvation. Rather, we are privileged to give to God what is already His!
