Since there is no official parenting handbook...no playbook for us to use. How in the world are we supposed to know when to say, do and allow different things? When do we expose our kids to death and tragedy? What do we tell them about God's goodness in the face of those things? What do we teach them about self-image and self-worth? At what age do you start that? When do we teach our kids about sex? What do we teach them about sex? How about making tough choices...or choosing friends?

There is so much that our kids need to know. We need to teach them to be as "shrewd as snakes...and innocent as doves" (Matthew 10:16)...but how?
