The Minnesota Timberwolves and Indiana Pacers both seemed on-paper to be competitive teams to start this season. Minnesota is playing with a fully healthy roster for the first time in a long time, and Indiana had recently hired Rick Carlisle as Head Coach. Despite this, both teams have been mediocre to start this season, and neither team has an easy way out of their rut. The Denver Nuggets have been incredible in the minutes that Jokic plays, but they have been absolutely awful with him on the bench. Jokic has an argument early for another MVP award this year, but he'll need his team to step up to get him there.
