In this episode, we explored a few top shelf Irish Spirits and loved every minute of it! we started the journey with Glendalough Pot Still Whiskey, which was an INCREDIBLE pour reminiscent of some of the Scotches we know and love. Then, we moved on to Bushmills 10 Year Single Malt, which did not disappoint! And finally, we got down to business with Redbreast 12 Year Single Malt, which is now near the top of my list of great sips!
