In this episode, we had the opportunity to tour the $50M historical renovation project in downtown Winchester, VA. It was an honor to be the first group to film a full-length tour of this massive project. John Willingham and his team gave us a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to convert a historical landmark into affordable housing in one of the fastest-growing towns in Virginia.
