Summer sunshine brings both exciting developments and necessary financial decisions to Town Lake Hills this July. Our podcast dives into the details of the recently announced $300 special assessment that has left many homeowners with questions. The assessment, due September 1st, will fund a complete renovation of our community splash pad—a project already underway with an initial deposit made and completion targeted for next swim season.

Great news for pool-goers! Both the North and East pools are now open, though with different closing dates and schedules. North Pool remains available until September 28th, operating 9am-9pm daily, while East Pool closes slightly earlier on September 1st with 10am-9pm hours. Parents should note the important lifeguard schedule change coming August 2nd, when coverage shifts to weekends only.
