Toxic leaders, they are everywhere. In fact, they are not worth being referred to as leaders, instead I like to refer to them as bosses. These horrible examples of leadership are too often the result in people quitting and ultimately organizations crumbling.

Mark Tinsley is a US Army Officer, and leadership coach and consultant.
