Yo!Toxic relationship seems to be the order of the day now and i will attribute that to the fact that we do not value ourselves as much as we should so we accept what is toxic thinking we deserve that.Also i would attribute it to our inability to reflect and evaluate how other people’s actions affect us.In this episode,I tried to help us spot situations that identifies one is in a toxic relationship.My advice?
