In this week's minisode, Hannah and Brielle dive deep to discuss how to identify toxicity in relationships and how to begin the shift to healthier patterns. They identify some of the key differences in abusive relationships and toxic relationships and advocate for professional health in relationships where abuse is present.
Hannah and Brielle are both believers that everyone has traits that can become toxic, and they explore what it means to develop self-awareness and accountability. They then recount some of their personal experiences with toxic relationships and offer advice and comfort in navigating this experience.
