Hi everyone,

First and foremost I want to apologize for the lateness of this podcast due to a family bereavement and to thank all those who sent there condolences , I really appreciated your kindness.

I want to thank Stephen for this weeks subject and hopefully Stephen I have given you some answers that make sense.
