Sex and dating writer (VICE, Refinery29, and Betches) and content manager for Sex with Emily, Amanda Kohr joins Shawn on this week’s episode.  Though it is a little bit of a long one, this episode has tons of good sh*t in it that everyone will learn something from.  Amanda shares her experience being in a toxic relationship and discusses two major signs you can’t ignore.  The girls then discuss communication, and how to become an effective communicator-- especially when it comes to sex and love.  Shawn gives some tips on how you can tell if a person has low emotional intelligence (which is a nice way to say a terrible communicator).  Amanda explains what it is like to navigate her bisexuality while in a relationship with a straight cis man.  Though Amanda seems innocent, don’t be fooled!  She talks about what it was like being a “unicorn,” her DDLG experience, and her best tips to spice up your sex life.
