We go more into detail about our own experiences with Toxic people in our lives, past and present. Its not easy to talk about but we want you to know you are not alone! If you feel like you are in a toxic situation, you feel like this is the end, all you will ever have. Trust us, this is not even close to what anyone deserves. You can leave any toxic relationship, whether its your life partner,  family, friends, work etc. You just really need to want to leave and find that strength in you to say IM DONE!
