The ability to heal requires you to accept ourselves fully. It means you need to face your worst traits and parts of yourself and honor them. To give them the acknowledgement that they deserve so you can accept them and integrate them. This journey is so painful but on the other side of pain is pleasure. Being able to take the good look in the mirror and honor yourself is key to healing. We cannot move forward until we accept what is at our feet. Acceptance is the path to freedom and so is commitment. Staying committed to your whole self is the most loving thing you can do to ensure that you’re not looking for external validation anymore but can match energy and attract reciprocal energy.
