The World Health Organization defines digital health literacy as the ability to seek, find, understand and appraise health information from digital sources. In this episode, hosts Chris Boyer and Reed Smith discuss the importance of digital health literacy as a way to improve the overall digital care journey, and the importance of designing these solutions with an eye for health equity.
