Matt Spielman is an executive and organizational coach and the founder and head coach of Inflection Point Partners. Matt’s journey into coaching and the methodology and philosophy of his work is laid out in his recently released book, “Inflection Points: How to Work and Live with Purpose,” which you can buy here.

Matt draws upon decades of senior-executive operating experience at both public and Venture Capital-backed organizations. He now partners with high-performing executives and their teams to realize business and personal success. Matt is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and graduated from the Executive Coaching program at Columbia University. Matt was named one of the leading coaches by Institutional Investor and appears regularly on Good Morning America to discuss his ACHIEVE TM goal setting model. To incorporate fitness, health, and well-being into the coaching practice, Matt trained at Duke Integrative Medicine and is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. He graduated from Harvard Business School and received his B.A. in Economics from Columbia University, where he was a nationally recognized collegiate baseball player. Matt lives with his wife and two sons in Westchester, NY. His mission is to ignite careers and energize lives.
