In this episode, we reached down under all the way in Australia to have a conversation with the host of the Principles of Hospitality host, Shaun de Vries! Shaun has spent a lot of his life around food and hospitality and he has a tremendous passion for what he does and who he serves. This was an awesome conversation about the restaurant business.
