Imagine trying to break through a wall… If we get a really bright light bulb, even with a lot of energy, we are not going to make any progress. But, if we take all that energy and focus the light into a laser beam, we can burn through it in short order.

When we try to do many things our energy is dispersed and we do not make any real forward progress. We need focus.
