In this episode we discussed IM Cairns, relays with nasty water and previewed races for the next two weeks. 

Why two weeks? 

Well, because Zach has this little race that goes from Squaw to Auburn and I am one of his crew (+ pacer for 18 miles). So, we are going to be busy next week readying drop bags and crew cars and everything else. Western States, here we come!
