Clint is a Doctor of Physical therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina, Senior Instructor with the Dry Needling Institute, and Senior Faculty with the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy! Clint comes on the podcast today to dive into this subject of "pain" and pain management! 

Injuries happen and if you walk into a professional training room, collegiate training room, or even sports performance clinics you will see the large ice packs on various joints. Are we helping these men/ women, or even boys/ girls? 

Today we dive into the idea of icing and Clint unwinds this concept of why ice might not be the best for these athletes! Clint also talks about performance and some other things he incorporates in his practice. He even dives into some proper mechanics that he feels must be there for all unilateral rotational athletes!
