Tracey is a mother, animal lover, published author, certified journal therapy coach, and a qualified personal trainer who is passionate about family, food, fitness and wellbeing. Tracey talks to me about her own experiences managing her mental health after a serious episode a few years ago when a number of things overwhelmed her all at once and how that has inspired her books, Running Thoughts and When The Magic's Gone but also how it has inspired her to help others.
