This week on TRACK! we are delighted to be joined by Podium race organiser Chris Barnes. Chris heads up the non-profit race organisation Podium, most well known for their Lancashire based 5k races that routinely attracts the fastest elite level runners from all over the UK and further afield.  Chris has developed the format to have the reputation of being innovative and widely respected in the racing community, seizing the chances this year that others have backed away from in providing quality, competitive and fast races.
