In this episode of Track Talk by Kicking For Home I had the opportunity to talk with Donny Speas.  Donny is a running analyst and a member of the Marshall University running teams. In this episode, we talked about all things NCAA Indoor Champs. We discussed scratches and runners doubling. We also touched on some runners that are dark horses and could surprise some people.
