My agency is hitting its first glass ceiling. This is exciting because it means the growth we’ve been experiencing over the last two years is as strong and steady as it feels.

However, with this growth has come more and more moments where I have become the bottleneck on certain projects because of our systems and processes. Consequently, several friends of mine recommended I read “Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business” by Gino Wickman.
