Tracy Carroll, a passionate advocate for disability rights and inclusive education, and mum to Willow, a young girl with complex needs who has inspired change through Tracy’s determination and activism.  

Tracy recently spoke at Fine Gael’s first disability conference, bringing the lived experience of families caring for children with disabilities directly into the political conversation. Her work highlights both the challenges and the positive changes needed in Ireland’s disability supports and inclusion policies.
