full-time day job leading, coaching, and mentoring her team, she teaches part-time at a local college, volunteers as a mentor for parents of children with special needs, and is nearing completion of her 2nd year of Studies in a Masters of Arts in Education program, all the while focusing on building a scalable business supporting established service-based coaches design, develop and launch online courses and group programs. Her specialty is helping coaches achieve greater flexibility, freedom and finances by creating engaging, results-driven learning experiences for their chosen tribe. Tracy is passionate about teaching and learning and views her side hustle as an investment into her future.
