Conflicts between China and the U.S. surfaces from time to time on different subjects with a claim of potential security concerns in Digital Silk Road Project of China. It is very possible that, in the coming period, entities conducting data-driven business should be particularly rigorous in this regard, as they are at a heightened risk of transacting in restricted or controlled areas together with the upcoming export control law of China.
