Trade unions to strike over SAA job cuts

Trade unions NUMSA and the South African Cabin Crew Association have issued the South African Airways, SAA with a 48-hour strike notice over the planned job cuts at the national carrier and this means strike action will commence on Friday. The unions have been briefing the media in Johannesburg. SAA earlier announced its intention to restructure - and that could result in job cuts.
