In this week’s, episode Joe is going Off Course and talking to his friend Ken O’Driscoll who is the man in charge at Cherry Orchard Running Club.

Ken and Joe ran 100 km around Dublin together just before Christmas last year.

It was challenging for both of them but they both knuckled through and completed the challenge they set for themselves.
