With a lot of people having gone back to their homes to spend time with their families and communities this week. Often times we might find ourselves going through emotions coming up or even returning to old default behaviors we thought we outgrew and this can be Collectively felt.

With many of these emotions being carried by outdated beliefs, they can feel like a burden Especially if we feel like we cannot express ourselves and feel like we are hiding a part of ourselves.

And this is how our Ancestors, where the lineages and Codes we carry whether In this lifetime or another, felt.

Applying this today we can see how with the most current themes regarding women in the East and many cultures.

Women having been treated as objects or something to be possessed, "controlled".

Women made to bear the burden of someone else's choices and how they act.

or feeling like they aren't able to express their voices , explore their gifts, passions and hobbies. Instead being told to be, do, things they may not even agree with.

And Today so many of us are Being 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 to separate with the very things we no longer feel resonate with us and that takes Courage
