In this vulnerable interview, Christina shares with us the horrible tragedy of losing her husband Ken Flach in March of 2018 to sepsis.

She explains the importance of embracing grief with grace and the steps she has taken to move forward. In this clip, Christina opens up about her journey of finding love again and expresses the importance of not settling.
