Yesterday afternoon, a 2-year-old girl was killed in a car crash while being pushed in a stroller by her mother. Her twin sister and mother are both in the hospital in critical condition. Neighbors reportedly describe the road as a traffic problem spot. We'll ask UPD's Sgt.
